Duty Cycle?

To avoid disappointment and excess wear it is important to buy a print that will cope adequately with the amount of work you intend to give it. Consider the total amount of pages that it will process in a typical month and buy a machine whose duty cycle will cope with that throughput.

Do you use non Windows programs?

If you use non Windows based programs, MSDOS, Unix, Linux, Apple-Mac etc. it is important that you ascertain before you purchase, whether printer driver software is included or available for these programs before purchasing the printer. Some printers only have Windows drivers included.
